Because the difference is real: your photos can either feel light, natural and alive — or slightly restricted and uncomfortable.
And you will see it.
My sessions are not about posing. They feel more like a walk together. We move a lot. We explore, laugh, sometimes run, sometimes sit or lie down.
Some couples are more calm, others are more energetic — but in any case, your body needs to feel free.
That’s why comfortable shoes that still feel beautiful and elegant are a MUST. If your shoes distract you or slow you down, you’ll feel it — and it will show in the photos. If you’d love to have a few shots in heels — absolutely bring them. We can always include a few moments like that. So you don’t have to choose between comfort and beauty.
The same goes for clothing
Very tight or restrictive pieces might look good in everyday life, but in photos they often look even more tight.
And more importantly — they limit what we can actually do during the session.
I’ve had situations where a couple wanted certain shots, but we simply couldn’t do them because the outfit didn’t allow movement.
Short skirts, very tight jeans, structured coats — anything that makes you think “can I move like this?” or “is everything okay?” — takes you out of the moment.
And the camera always catches that.

What we want instead is something very different
Clothes that have a bit of air. That move with you. That let your body breathe.
Soft fabrics, relaxed silhouettes, pieces that flow when you walk —
they create that feeling of lightness and freedom where your emotions can actually come through.
And that’s the whole point.
I want people to look at your photos and feel your connection first —
not notice your clothes, and definitely not your discomfort.
Of course, you should still feel like yourself.
I’m here to guide you, not to limit you —
but after many shoots, I can clearly see what works beautifully in photos
and what quietly works against you.
A few simple things that always work:
– comfortable shoes
– non-restrictive, slightly loose clothing
– simple, clean colors
– minimal or no prints
– well-prepared outfits (wrinkles are hard to fix later)
After booking, I send a detailed style guide
and I’m always happy to help you choose outfits together.
